Review: Strawberry Banana

Posted: Apr 30, 2003 at 12:00 AM (Last Updated: Apr 24, 2003 at 11:00 AM)
Strawberry Banana Snapple-a-Day is a meal replacement beverage made with soy proteins and fruit juices/flavors. It's a bit challenging to describe the flavor of this product. When you first taste the product, you'll notice a rather sweet strawberry and banana flavor that hits your toungue first. After that, there are a variety of flavors that are tasted -- some of these are clearly added flavors, while others are the sweet taste of banana puree. Overall, the product tastes decent, but could definitely use more real fruit. In addition, this product did not fill us up. In fact, it was more like drinking a thick Snapple than anything else.
