BevNET Review: SoBe Green Tea 3G is the most mellow tasting tea of the entire line. It starts with a green tea base (an already light tasting tea) and flavors it with lemon, mint, and, of course, sweetener. We were really impressed with the real mint leaf flavor of this beverage. This gives it the always desired homemade taste. A perfectly flavored, light and refreshing tea.

Revolting

Coming from one of the highest per-capita green tea consuming nations on this earth, namely Taiwan, I sought a tasty green tea upon returning to the U.S. This drink is a sham of an imitation of green tea. The only thing that's green about it is its green food coloring. It's cloyingly sweet yet nearly lacking in other flavors. The website reveiwers seem to give the Sobe teas higher marks in general, but this is one tea that isn't even fit for cleaning toilet bowls.

Tasty & Light

I like it better than Arizona's simply because of the taste. It has more of a bold flavor to it while Arizona's comes off as really light and weak bodied. Purists may like the simple taste of Arizona but I like my drinks with a little zip. Its everything you expect a green tea to be, with a good amount of flavor. Most other ones I've had are rather bland and watered down. This one isn't really dissapointing at all.

Consumer

The SOBE GREEN TEA is VERY refreshing; not sweet, not carbonated. It contains just the right acidity and flavoring to quench a dry thirst. This drink is this user's first drink of choice. Just wish it could be purchased in bulk at less than 1.29 per bottle.

Blah

I picked this green tea up at a gas station because they didn't carry Arizona. I was very disappointed in the taste. The green tea flavor was very weak and watered down, and the mint finish at the end tasted like I was drinking mouthwash. Very unimpressive.

Excellent, but not persfect.

I was kind of grossed out by the color when i first decided to buy this drink but I got it anyway. It tasted weird at first but then the after-taste was good. But still though, right at first, it almost tasted like a mildly carbonated pop or something. Only for a second though. But it's still good. So I give it a 3.5.
