BevNET Review: Riding on the coattails of POM Wonderful's major advertising campaign promoting pomegranates, the timing of this product couldn't be better. Consumers will undoubtedly reach for this product, which bears a much lower price tag and a much more mainstream flavor than POM Wonderful. However, these consumers should not expect much from the addition of pomegranate to this flavor. Instead, they should expect a sweet beverage with an almost cherry-cranberry like flavor. With 5% juice, it's more the run-of-the-mill product for SoBe. However, it's slightly less sweet than many of SoBe flavors out there, so we'll give it a few bonus points. Overall, it's a decent entry taste wise -- and it will undoubtedly grab consumer attention due to the use of pomegranate.
