Using a formula that features blood orange and dragon fruit juices (totaling 30 percent, including other fruit juices), this is actually one of the more original juice energy products that we've sampled in a while. The flavor is designed for "AM consumption," which makes sense, given the product's Orangina-like taste. However, it has plenty of kick, including 174 mg of caffeine per can, and added taurine, ginseng, guarana, electrolytes, and vitamins. On the outside, it has the aggressive look that's associated with No Fear. The execution is a bit messy, with multiple text items competing for your eye, which could certainly confuse the consumer (it confused us -- we weren't sure what it was called at first). Further on that point, you've got a drink designed for morning consumption -- and a brand that seems rough and tough for some sort of extreme athlete. In our opinion, this flavor would be better used in one of Pepsi's other energy brands.
