With the new branding comes a new SKU for the brand: Think. Designed to be a “mental clarity” supplement, Think is a citrus flavored product that, like the other flavors of Solixir, contains 30% juice and no added sugar. As far as flavor goes, it’s not that much different from the Awaken variety, with white grape and lemon juices ending up with a flavor profile that’s not that much different than Awaken’s white grape and orange blend. Regardless, it’s an enjoyable flavor to consume, especially when you factor in the earthy note from the added botanical ingredients. As far as functionality is concerned, the botanical extract blend in this variety includes ginkgo biloba, gotu kola, meadowsweet leaf, barcopa leaf, and rosemary leaf. It’s somewhat difficult (thanks to the FDA and the uniqueness of the blend) for Solixir to connect the dots on these ingredients and the functionality that is being marketed. Fortunately, we think that the taste of this product and packaging will pull drinkers in and keep them coming back. In terms of branding and design, we like the purple color that they’ve used on this 12 oz. slim can. We also like the new logo, which adds a leaf and connects nicely with the botanical ingredients in the drink, and the simplification that they’ve done to the copy and format of the can. Overall, a nice addition to the lineup.
