BevNET Review: Spacho is an all natural “gazpacho inspired” vegetable juice beverage. It’s ingredients are very straightforward, with an ingredients label that truly reads like what you’d expect in a bowl of gazpacho. Literally every ingredient can be understood by an average consumer (there are no stabilizers or preservatives), with extra virgin olive oil helping to bind everything together. The flavor is spot on, with just the right balance of tomato, cucumber, olive oil, vinegar and spice. That said, it truly does taste like gazpacho from start to finish. On the outside, the curved 10 ounce plastic bottle seems like the appropriate size and feels good in your hand. The branding keeps with the straightforward style of what’s inside the bottle, with the name “Spacho” something that should be easy for most consumers to understand. Beyond that, they’ve taken to a health angle with the product, focusing on antioxidants, potassium, and servings of vegetables contained in the drink. For the vegetable juice drinker, that stuff probably matters, but it’s hard to say how much. Really, our biggest question for this product is whether or not Spacho is just a single product or something that can be developed into a brand. Regardless, what they’ve created out of the gate is very tasty and is definitely one of the best tasting vegetable juice products that we’ve ever sampled.Reviewed on: 10/4/2012
