BevNET Review: Orange Passionfruit is another excellent flavor for the Speedo Sportswater brand. The body of this flavor has noticeable citrus and tropical fruit flavors. Even with its relatively light sweetness, Orange Passionfruit is definitely the sweetest flavor of the brand (but it still has the same carb and calorie count as the other flavors). The sweetness results in a bit more aftertaste than in the other flavors, albeit much lower than what is typical of most beverages that use a blend of fructose and surcalose/ace-k. Overall, we really like this and all of the flavors in the Speedo Sportswater brand.Reviewed on: 5/27/2004

BevNET Review: Fruit Punch Speedo Sportswater has the smoothest flavor of the brand. This flavor is, like the others, extremely well done and shows very few signs of its low carb formulation. The light fruit punch flavor offers enough flavor to satisty without being too overbearing for use during exercise. BevNET Review: Apple Starfruit is a refreshing enhanced water beverage that contains 20 calories and 6 grams of carbs per 18 ounce bottle. The formulation in this beverage is superb. Using a blend of crystalline fructose, sucralose, and acesulfame potassium -- plus a well done fruit flavor -- this product in no ways tastes like a low-carb beverage. BevNET Review: The Lemon flavor of Speedo Sportswater is, in our opinion, the cleanest flavor of the brand. The light lemon flavor helps to give the product both a subtle citrus taste and hides any hint of aftertaste from the Splenda. Whether you are into low-carb products or not, the product is very easy to drink and will provide ample refreshment with out filling you up with calories. In addition, the yellow packaging stands out slightly better than the other flavors of the brand so Lemon is our top pick of the Speedowater brand.
