The addition of mocha flavor to the Doubleshot Energy line, especially since the mocha helps offset some of the sucralose aftertaste that we cited in the Coffee review. Otherwise, the flavor is just what you'd expect from a Starbucks drink, including a notes of coffee, milk, and sugar. The addition of "energy" is nice, but adding straight up caffeine would probably be more marketable than guarana (which has natural caffeine), ginseng, and vitamins. Otherwise, we like the flavor, the packaging is decent, and the concept is a logical evolution for the brand.
