BevNET Review: Steaz's Lime Energy Drink has the same great tea and mate base that we loved in the original, but they've flavored it with lime instead of berry. Fortunately, they've used a good quality lime flavor, which means that it actually tastes like real limes as opposed to something out of the candy store. The result is a drink that's complex in flavor, with notes of tea and lime coming together in a well balanced formulation. Packaging follows the styling of the original Steaz Energy drink, with a light green backdrop. However, that light green backdrop is a bit too light, which makes it hard to read the word "ENERGY" that runs across the front of the can. Honestly, that's the only thing we'd change about this product.
