BevNET Review: They weren't kidding when they said that this stuff was spicy. Drink it fast enough and you are sure to gag. Even though it is "old-fashioned", this beverage is quite unique today. There are not too many spicy ginger ale beverages around. Stewart's Ginger Beer has a nice taste, and it has just the right amount of spice to make this beverage a winner!

Discontinued - write Stewarts!

Unfortunately I had heard from one of my local stores that Stewart's is discontinuing their Ginger Beer variety! I wish someone would send them to this site and let them know it is loved, since it has such a lovely spicy feel to it and comes close to being worthy of something you might enjoy on a Jamaican beach, or a Ginger Home brew.

steward ginger beer

It is the best, I have tasted more than ten different ginger beers and Steward is the best. Unfortunately, I am not been able to find it in my local supermarket in Seattle. Anybody can help me on this? I tried to order from soda.com but the cost of shipping is higher than the beer itself.

STEWARTS - THE BEST GINGER BEER

I have tried a half dozen ginger beers and Stewarts is by far the best for a tangy bite. My wife mixed it 50/50 with Bourbon and named it a Dixie Martini. We serve it ice cold in martini glasses. Keep the boubon in the freezer. Cannot find it anymore in the grocery store. It was pricy, but I would pay double just to get it.

I've tried them all, Stewarts (was) the best.

Unfornately this excellent ginger beer is no longer available. I beleive Stewart's was bought by 7 up and discontinued it.

Stewart's Ginger Beer

This is my favorite ginger beer. It is very spicy. It is very difficult to find, and I am looking for a good substitute which I have not been able to find. I have found a few others that are just as spicy, but they are too sweet.

THE BEST

I have tried every kind of ginger beer I can find and none can begin to compare to Stewart's. It is the best! My only problem is finding it and would appreciate any information regarding retailers. I have found a few places online and am more than willing to pay the shipping cost - which is more than the ginger beer.

dark and stormy

without this main ingredient the "dark and stormy" just does'nt cut it. and I have tried NUMEROUS other ginger beers to no avail. Extremely hard to find and seems to disappear from shelves just when I become a regular buyer. Addiction problem? maybe.... but nothing seems to take the place... please make it more available!!!!!

Just a couple sips burned my mouth and lips so much I felt as if I had been eating extremely hot peppers. I usually like ginger flavored drinks, but this is awful!!!
