Review: Bliss

Suja Bliss is the most recent addition to the company's “Classic” line of high pressure processed juices. This particular blend is a bit of a departure from the other products in the line, starting with the fact that it is made with banana and a slightly thicker body that’s closer in style to a smoothie than a juice. Flavor-wise, Bliss has a subtle tropical flavor, with pineapple, coconut, mango and lime blended with oranges, carrot and banana. Each fruit ingredient can be distinguished from the mix, which is certainly a good thing. Finally, Suja has added baobob, which is the other reason that this product is different than the other varieties in the Suja Classic line. While there are certainly some consumers that familiar with baobob, the majority aren’t. It’s tough to say whether or not this would sway someone away from this particular flavor, but it certainly seems like it wouldn’t impact the product if Suja took it out either. All in all, we really like Bliss and found it to be quite enjoyable. Visually, the product follows the same format as their other Suja Classic flavors so it fits in nicely. Plus, adding another orange-colored product certainly helps round out the lineup. Overall, Bliss is a well-executed and worthy addition to the Suja lineup.
