Made with 95 percent GT’s Kombucha and juice (raspberry, lemon, and ginger – hence the Trilogy name), this variety of GT’s Synergy line is definitely the most palatable of the bunch that we sampled. In this case, the fruit juices, which add citrus, tartness, and spice to the mix, help reduce the level of fermented flavor that’s found in the product. In addition, it adds depth of flavor, with each of the three fruit juices distinguishable from the mix. And of course, there’s the base of kombucha, which adds vitamins, probiotic content, EGCG, glucuronic acid, lactic acid, and acetic acid. Packaging has been given a rainbow-colored label, which, despite its standout color scheme, is not our favorite looking design. Specifically, the color scheme doesn’t really have the same polished look as the others and, therefore, it doesn’t whet the appetite as much. Still, what’s inside the bottle is top notch, so this variety is definitely worth a try.
