Té Nation products are ultra potent. To extract the maximum benefit of medicinal properties from most herbs and roots they need to be steeped between 15 and 30 minutes at 180 degrees (which creates a decoction). Each Té Nation flavor has been steeped for a minimum of 30 minutes at this temperature. Moreover, there are no extracts in Té Nation products. Té Nation uses the entire part of the plant that is being decocted...and Té Nation products contain the optimum dosages of each of the different herbs and roots that are used for each tea.
