Vibrant Earth’s Spicy Energy is a high pressure processed (HPP) blend of organic ingredients, including kale, romaine, cayenne, dandelion, parsley, celery, cucumber, apple, lemon, ginger and flax oil. In terms of flavor, this product’s vegetable and sweet flavors are actually pretty mellow. On the first couple of sips, you can taste several of the ingredients, most notably the celery, cucumber, and kale. From there, the spice kicks in. It’s not an overly hot-tasting spice, but it definitely lingers, which is something that we think can be enjoyed by those who like spicy flavors and those who are on the fence. From a visual perspective, Vibrant Earth’s packaging is a big step forward from what we saw the first go around. The label is clean and well-executed, with a minimalist style that keeps the front panel focused on what’s inside the bottle. Adding an organic certification (the company uses organic ingredients, but the product as a whole isn’t certified organic) would be a logical next step. Overall, a very enjoyable product.
