Wai Koko’s Coconut Infusions feature two citrus-enhanced flavors, Island Citrus and Lemon Lime. With both of these products including lemon juice and very subtle fruit flavors, the differences between the two are extremely subtle. That said, we prefer this flavor, Island Citrus, which has a slight note of orange juice to it. It’s a flavor that goes quite nicely with the base of coconut water. In addition to the orange and lemon juices, this not from concentrate coconut water also has added evaporated cane juice to sweeten the product. Fortunately, the company has done this in moderation, so it’s not overly sweet. All in all, we really like the flavor of this product. On the outside, we like Wai Koko's approach to the Hawaiian-themed tiki graphics, but it’s a bit hard to read the text that’s been placed on top of it. Beyond that, we wish that it would be a little easier to tell the flavors apart. Still, it’s a nifty looking (and tasting) product that’s one of the more unique coconut water entries that we’ve seen lately.
