BevNET Review: Just a bit of okay raspberry flavor in this all-sugar sweetened throwback soda, although there are nice notes of real cream and a nice raspberry nose. White Rock is on the right track in that the stuff isn't too sweet and has a refined flavor, but the pink color is not that attractive.We like the White Rock Organics bottle, which isn’t overdone and will probably keep this soda’s price point from getting too high, but we expect a better cut of fruity flavor from an organic soda. Overall, a nice tasting product that offers an original interpretation of a fruit and creme soda.Reviewed on: 7/5/2007

Pomagranate Blueberry

BevNET Review: There's not a ton of distinctive fruit flavors in this, the newest White Rock Organics offering -- the pomegranate overwhelms any hint of blueberry -- but it's still really well-crafted, not too sweet, and it has a very clean, thirst-quenching finish. We're glad to see White Rock expanding this line, and we could easily imagine using this as a cocktail mixer or just a nice soda with lunch; that noted, the packaging, while in a clear glass bottle, has a bit of a downscale label, perhaps one that's a bit immature for an adult target audience. Red Peach

BevNET Review: There’s so much peachy flavor in this soda that you can almost feel the fuzz as you drink it. But the end of the drink doesn’t reach the promise of the first sip – it’s just not sweet enough, and the finish is kind of watery. White Rock has really done a good job with its flavorings here, and the all-organic ingredients are sure to please selective shoppers, but we’d like to see them add a bit more sugar to the mix. Otherwise, the bottles are nice, although we’d also like to see the peaches a little better on the label – especially since we taste them so well in the soda.Reviewed on: 6/2/2005

Passion Orange

BevNET Review: White Rock’s step into the organic market is an impressive one, taste-wise, at least when it comes to the passion/orange flavor, which has enough tasty fruitiness that you can almost taste the passion fruit pulp. It’s smooth, sweet, and has a clean finish, although we’d like to see more intensity of color. The word “Organics” is prominently displayed on the label; we think a bit more attention to the flavors and the fruit illustration might benefit that label, but all in all, White Rock, an older brand, has definitely done retro right.Reviewed on: 6/2/2005
