BevNET Review: There’s nice cranberry color and flavor in this offering from Xtazy Energy, and it lends itself to the bitter caffeine and guarana that are present in most energy drinks. But it’s hard to imagine that the thick texture and syrupy mouth feel of this drink is going to leave consumers thinking they’re more energized than when they drank it. Still, we suspect this energy drink, with its pronounced fruity flavor, might be very good as a mixer – we don’t know because we’re required to do our reviews sober – but under the influence or not, we do like the red-lined 12-oz. slim can with the electrified “X” on the front.
