Given the choice between this and regular Yoo-Hoo, the regular wins out. It's got a little bit of an overpowering cocoa powder taste, almost like a semisweet chocolate version compared to a milk chocolate. Plus, the bottle's a bit too big - one of these could easily feed two people.
Wow...i tried this for the first time the other day and was expecting a stronger Yoo-hoo taste. NOT AT ALL WHAT I GOT...it's a completely different taste, but a great one at that. If you've ever dipped your finger into your grandmother's brownie mix, that is the exact taste you get. Mmmmm, and I tried it hot with a little reddi-whip on top--that was a tasty treat as well...Good work Yoo-hoo!
In the words of a convenience store cashier: "Too many children suffer every year from unshaken Yoo-Hoo's." So yeah, it's like sometimes you just need a thick chocolate drink that won't weigh you down too much and Yoo Hoo Double Fudge isn't a bad pick at all. It's like chocolate, in a bottle! Kinda seems like a kids drink, but I recommend that everyone tries Yoo Hoo once in their lifetime. It's a rite of passage. But I'm still looking for these newfangled bottled Milk shake drinks...
This is gross. Kids might like it, but I don't think parents will like to see their kids eyes bug out of their heads from all the sugar. If I drank a bottle this when I was young, I would have started running around the house like a crazed loon. To sum it up, too much sugar, not enough good taste.
