When should I use 100% Organic or All-Natural on my product label?

Description
In a year of high-profiled labeling claims lawsuits, it is important for new companies to have a legal professional examine their food and beverage claims prior to entering the market. Major food and beverage companies like General Mills, Pepsi, and Caregill have gotten into trouble with the FDA, the agency responsible for food and labeling, due to misleading claims about their products.
Justin Prochnow is an attorney from Greenberg Traurig, LLP and focuses primarily on regulatory issues in food and beverage. “This is an area that is probably one of the hottest areas right now and it has to do with all natural,” he told FBU when asked labeling regulations.
In this video, Prochnow explains the rules for labeling food and beverage items “organic” and discusses the continued ambiguity associated with calling a product “all natural.”
