Ambros Banana Whiskey is looking for motivated individuals ready to take advantage of an opportunity to join the rapid growth of a spirit industry start up. Ambros Banana Whiskey is in a unique position to grow at a historically quick rate and sales representatives who are able to meet these growth expectations are needed. With direction the Sales Representative will be responsible for leading On-Premise Account sales within the Las Vegas region and achieving strict volume and distribution goals. Beverage Industry sales experience in the Las Vegas region is a requirement.

Position Description and Responsibilities

  • Engage new on-premise accounts through multiple sales channels  
  • Activate existing personal or team accounts
  • Provide creative incentive programs to key members of accounts
  • Involvement in event creation, execution and follow-up
  • Work with Marketing and Creative team to roll out customized local sales initiatives
  • Collaborate with accounts to ensure premier cocktail menu and bar placement
  • Basic knowledge of social media strategies
  • Off-premise sales experience is preferred
  • This position is salary based with bonus depending on job performance
  • This position also includes large benefit package

Position Requirements

  • Must have 2+ years of beverage sales experience in the Las Vegas Region
  • Self-Motivated and can work well individually in the field and with a team
  • Existing relationships with on-premise venues that can immediately be utilized
  • Must be ready to grow a company from the ground up
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and provide timely results
  • Must be willing to travel locally and regionally
  • Must represent the company values at all times
  • Proven track record
