Brew Master needed for a brewery-in-planning due to open production in 12-18 months. Brewery will be located in South Orange County, CA and focused on producing new-craft Irish style beers both for regional distribution as well as on-premise taproom sales. I'm interested in the business end of the brewery and need someone just as passionate about the production side of the business. I'd like to have someone with brewing education and industry experience on a 20-30bbl system but at this point am just looking for that perfect fit of interest and personalities.
