DuClaw Brewing Company, a rising force in the craft beer industry, is in search of a full time account-level sales representative focused on growing our market share and maintaining key accounts.

Our environment is fast paced and demanding; working here is challenging, but fun, too. Also, there’s free beer.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Achieving/surpassing established account goals
- Expanding DuClaw Brewing Company market leadership in the Craft beer
- Conducting weekly distributor ride-alongs, promotions, staff training, off-premise tastings, and new placements (bottle & draft)
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of DuClaw Brewing Company, its history and its products
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the competition in the market
- Developing and maintaining relationships with the distributorships in their market.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with retailers in the market.

All candidates must be highly motivated, self-starting, and able to work without supervision. Additionally, strong knowledge of the craft brewing industry, and superior communication, organizational, and sales skills are paramount to success in this position. Some weekends, evenings and holidays are required (because world domination of craft brewing doesn’t just “happen”).
