Summary of Position:

  • Manage distributors and retail customers within an assigned region.
  • Manage relationships with Distributors, Key Accounts and retail outlets.
  • Develop, train and motivate sales team in the region.

 Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales programs with distributors in assigned region.
  • Manage Distributors top Key Accounts and Chains.
  • Oversee additional Key Accounts assigned to team.
  • Manage Distributors sales force, present ongoing programs and follow up to insure they are executed to meet quarterly volume plans.
  • Implement sales programs with key accounts and local chains.
  • Monitor distributor inventory levels and recommend changes to avoid out of stock issues.


  • Should be an experienced with proven track record of working directly with retailer/distributors and managing people
  • Preferably has experience in the beverage industry
  • Forecast and Planning experience
  • Management previous experience
  • Distributor and Chain Management experience
