With the use of real juice and pure cane sugar all in one bottle, Owen's strives to help you make the perfect cocktail whether it's behind the bar or at home.

Position Overview:

Owen’s Craft Mixers is seeking a bright, self-motivated, and ambitious sales representative to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the long-term business strategy for our company in Florida. As the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for both on-premise and off-premise sales within the state.  


As a Florida Territory Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Executing sales goals in assigned key accounts, both on and off premise, and develop a plan to grow the business in the state
  • Assist management in the development of account specific presentations
  • Conduct on premise staff trainings in designated accounts to build relationships and increase our sales results as well as conduct product tastings in all major accounts
  • Execute in-store product tastings and samplings
  • Effectively partner with liquor companies and expand on existing relationships
  • Ensure brand standards are being met throughout the marketplace
  • Travel, generally within Florida is anticipated approximately 30-50%

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years sales experience with beverage company (ideally top alcohol brand) or liquor distributor
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Outgoing, highly organized, adaptable, and tenacious; able to deal with ambiguity and change
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and written skills
  • Sales and negotiating skills
  • Effectively communicate and report progress to senior team members
  • Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in collaboration
  • Job duties will require some evening hours and you must be able to lift 35 pounds (product case weight)
  • Willing and able to operate independently to reach sales objectives
  • Manage business expense budget
  • Valid Driver’s License and access to a registered and insured vehicle; monthly stipend provided
  • BA/BS degree

  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for taking on a variety of projects as they arise and be proactive and capable of seeking out new ideas
  • Desire to learn and grow within the role
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence people and get results without having direct authority
  • Additional knowledge in the beverage industry is considered a plus including: product positioning, pricing, promotions, market research, sales and distribution
