We’re looking for a motivated Brand/Sales Ambassador to work on a new product launch in New Jersey. Our ideal candidate has strong relationships in the beverage industry and a self-starter mentality. This person should also be very organized and detail-oriented. Prior sales experience is preferred but not required. This role will work directly with our brand team on all tasks including but not limited to:


  • General
    • Weekly communication and coordination with Accout Director, Sales Manager, & Sales Director on all on & off premise programming
    • Engage & mobilize sales and distributor partners to communicate brand strategy and vision, as well as drive enthusiasm for the brand
    • Participate in distributor sales meetings as needed and schedule work withs with distributor reps in your focus area
    • Responsible for monitoring, evaluating, & achieving sales goals
    • Create and manage a target account list of both on & off premise with QCM Sales Team in coordination to gain volume and consistent presence & visibility
  • On Premise
    • Daily account maintenance and support
    • Place product in new and targeted accounts and secure menu placements & features
    • Lead tasting with managers/buyers and follow up
    • Schedule and execute staff trainings
  • Off Premise
    • Account maintenance and support
    • Utilize POS items as needed
    • Schedule and execute consumer tastings and staff trainings


  • Work with QCM team to plan and execute industry programming and assist with community events
    • Help to source appropriate brand event opportunities & partnerships
    • Support industry education through staff trainings, industry events and collaborations
    • Be available to participate in special events on behalf of the brand
    • Manage & execute on & off premise support plans
    • Stay on top of trends and new accounts to assure the brand is active and creative in the local market



  • This role reports to the QCM Sales Director
  • Track & Report all activity via Airtable on weekly basis
  • Shared Calendar – Utilize calendar to log events, meetings and staff trainings, tastings.
  • Prepare bi-weekly report to QCM and be available to participate in a sales status phone call as needed
  • Participate in bi-weekly conference calls
  • Complete monthly reports to track & evaluate goals as well as lend insights for team to be discussed on sales calls
  • In-person meeting with Sales Manager & Director 2-3 times a month

    • Management and reconciliation of all expenses
    • Weekly expense reports
