We are an importer/producer of carbonated and flavored beverages. They are based on all natural syrups with formulas dating back to 1887. These beverages are low in sugar averaging 7 to 12 gramms per 10 to 12 oz bottles and calories per serving avg 30 to 50. They represent "ULTIMATE TASTE...NOTHING ELSE." (tm)

2. West Side Markets- 3 locations, more to come
3. Zethynia/Amish Markets-4 locations,including Atlantic City,NJ
4. Bryant Park Hotel-New York, NY
5. Reataurant in Chelsea section of NY-French/Vietnamese cousine

Mosse Beverage Industries and S.K.I. Beer, Corp., have signed a 5 year exclusive distributorship contract covering territory of NYC 5 Boroughs and Westchester County.

Shipments to the S.K.I's clients commence on September 10,2007.
