IBEX Drinkable Yogurt’s “Original” is a simple and straightforward blend of cultured milk and sugar. To that end, this is -- literally -- drinkable sweetened (17g of sugar) yogurt in its pure unadulterated form. The only thing that is different is the thickness, which has been strained to the point where it is drinkable. While there certainly is a market for a product that doesn't have any added flavorings, a little touch of vanilla might be a nice way to complement the flavor (it feels slightly one-dimensional) and expand the consumer base. Still, as far as drinkable yogurt is concerned, it is a clean and smooth-flavored product. Visually, we like the chic fully-wrapped 8 oz. plastic bottle that the company has chosen. Black is definitely a different color than what you typically see on drinkable yogurt products and it definitely catches the eye. However, increasing the weight of the font that’s on the front and back panel copy would make it easier to read. As it stands right now, you'd have to examine this product pretty closely to figure out what it is or what the flavor is called. Overall, this product is definitely off to a great start — just needs a little bit of refinement.
