Review: Elevate

While the name Elevate doesn’t really tell much in the way of the drink’s flavor, this product is definitely not short on taste. Made with a cold-pressed and high pressure processed blend of beets, carrots, apple, the product tastes very fresh and is full in body. The beets and ginger hit your palate first, which helps warm it up with some earthy sweetness and spice. After that, the apple and carrots provide the second flavor note before it finishes up with a hit of lemon. In addition, there’s some light pulp in the product, but we’re not sure which ingredient it’s from. Regardless, Purify has done a nice job formulating this product. Packaging is a 16 oz. square bottle with a very simple single color label. It certainly catches the eye, especially amongst the sea of more complex label designs that you’ll see in just about every beverage cooler. However, it lacks a proper nutrition facts label, which is definitely something that the company needs to change. Otherwise, it’s about as straightforward and minimalist as you’ll find in the juice category. Overall, Elevate is a very enjoyable product that really only needs minor refinements.
