Job Description:  Blume Honey Water is looking for a highly motivated, energized and passionate individual to represent our waters  as our Brand Ambassador in the Washington, DC/Baltimore Metro area. The ideal candidate will represent Blume at retail and with our consumers.  As a Brand Ambassador, you are at the front line of our relationship with the public at large and our retail customers. Your main objective is to develop a consumer preference for our waters.

In this role a high degree of emphasis is placed on the introduction of Blume Honey Water by securing distribution, executing merchandising, conducting promotional activities, executing tactics and the overall business maintenance.

The Brand Ambassador’s sole responsibility is to drive sales and brand awareness in a given geographic area at the direction of the Director of Sales to meet established goals and objectives by:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Executing samplings, events, distribution, displays, merchandising and sales skills development with retail accounts and public.
  • Promote product at Major Events as directed
  • Pick up and deliver product as directed
  • Conducting daily business in an autonomous fashion while maintaining a good “business sense” in regards to time constraints, financial guidelines and company ethics
  • Seeking guidance and support from Director of Sales as needed
  • Providing superior service and support to distributors as directed

Salaried position with annual bonus opportunity based on performance, car allowance and benefit package
