Territory Execution Account Manager  (T.E.A.M.)

Overview

The Territory Execution Account Manager (T.E.A.M.) is responsible for 360 degrees of the business in the above-mentioned territory. This is an entry-level position with growth opportunity.

With a broad focus on ensuring that Flow water dominates within the territory through superior in store execution, specifically: Distribution of core SKU's, advantageous cold & warm availability, multiple high visibility displays & clear and concise merchandising/pricing and opening of new accounts.

Job Responsibilities

-Develop strong relationships with key store owners/management and their decision makers.
-Focus on building 100% distribution on the core Flow water SKU's

-Organize territory by geography and priority and execute against schedule

-Manage calendar to ensure 100% coverage and consistency

-Pursue new business in the Non Chain/Independent Channel

-Execute the "Look of Success" in Gold Accounts

-Secure/Build/Merchandise Displays in High Traffic Locations

-Secure advantageous Cold & Warm Availability

-Execute National & Regional Chain Promotional Activity: Inventory Build Up, Building Displays & Merchandise POS

-Execute regular ride-a-longs with Flow distributor partners.

-Work with marketing teams to leverage efforts

-Reporting weekly/monthly territory reporting by account: Pre-Sales, New Listings, Displays/Racks Booked/Built, Cold Vault/Shelf Gains, Competitor Gains/Losses etc

Requirements:

-Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license

-Able to lift 30 lbs.

-Clean, professional presence and appearance.

-Must have computer and ability to use and/or learn programs such as Microsoft Office, Google drive, etc.

-On-time, reliable and consistent.

-Able to work independently, managing own schedule and time.

Compensation

Territory Geography: Greater Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County

Pay: $45,000 - $55,000 / year + $300 monthly Car Allowance.

Travel: 50% Local. All travel expenses paid.
