Responsibilities

  • Grow Grey Sail Brewing's distribution and brand recognition in the Connecticut and Massachusetts markets.

  • Maintain constant communication, visitation, and positive relationships with wholesalers and retailers.

  • Promote brand recognition through tastings, on premise promotions, festivals, beer dinners, and other brewery related events.

  • Conduct ongoing brand training with retailers, wholesalers, and consumers.

  • Maintain professional image and demeanor at all times.

  • Must be willing and able to work nights and weekends when necessary.

  • Complete and submit weekly account reports to Director of Sales

  • Compile monthly wholesaler updates.

  • Uphold Grey Sail company standards at all times.


Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Energetic, motivated, and willing to take initiative.

  • Impeccable follow through.

  • Strong passion for craft beer and supporting local.

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

  • Excellent organizational, planning, and sales skills.

  • Excellent oral, analytical, written, and communication skills.

  • Adaptable and able to think on feet.

  • Self-starter with strong initiative.

  • 1-2  years’ experience in the craft beer industry is preferable.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Valid Driver’s License, clean driving history, and able to drive a standard.

  • Ability to lift and move 50-60 lb cases frequently.
