Overview:

The sales rep role will focus on the development and growth of off-premise can and bottle sales along with a minor focus on on-sale draft and can business in the Central Coast territory which stretches from Morgan Hill to Monterey.  This person will drive the positive image of the brand through thoughtful collaborations and relationship building with our key retail, restaurant and bar accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and grow our off-sale can and bottle business in both chain and independent channels throughout Santa Cruz, Monterey, & San Benito Counties, & Morgan Hill
  • Execute aggressive sales objectives set forth by your Sales Manager 
  • Be responsible for all aspects of servicing and merchandising within assigned accounts
  • Ensure account and customer satisfaction through friendly service and ongoing communication
  • Expand distribution & breadth of Fort Point brand in cold boxes & shelves by capturing ideal placement
  • Build and maintain displays according to special programming guidelines and targets
  • Support accounts with in-store tastings & demos for their customers on a consistent basis including some nights and weekends.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Being able to lift, push and/or pull 35lbs. on a regular basis
  • Having the ability to push, pull and manipulate 165lbs
