Objective:

The main objective of the Sales Representative is to aid in all sales and distribution efforts including direct sales, account support, marketing, and all other promotional needs for the purpose of selling Platform Beer Co. brands. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with our current account base via in person and phone sales; provide customer with current offerings and marketing materials; maintain inventory in accounts and rotate stock to ensure proper placement of fresh product.

Grow designated sales territory by fostering new relationships with beverage buyers at bars, restaurants, bottle shops, etc. and continuously evaluate the market for new placement opportunities of Platform Beer Co. offerings.

Enthusiastically represent the Platform Beer Co. brand at company wide events, promotions, and festivals as needed, including new merchandising initiatives.

Plan and execute a minimum of two events per month at accounts within given sales territory.

Deliveries:

Deliver product on Fridays and an as needed basis (dependent on weekly sales volume), including 1/2bbls, 1/6bbls and canned product.  

Desired Candidate:

Preferred 4 year degree or minimum 2 years sales or marketing experience, ideally within craft beer industry
In depth knowledge of craft beer industry and emerging trends
Must be self-motivated, have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Position requires time management, quick thinking, and problem solving skills
Must possess and maintain clean driving record
Dynamic and engaging personality a must!
