Job Description

The ideal candidate will be super detail-oriented and have experience in an order and inventory management role with a CPG company, including experience in order entry, fulfillment, troubleshooting, and forecasting. He or she will have excellent computer and analytical skills especially creating reports in MS Excel.  The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment and can work independently in a proactive manner.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Analyst

  • Act as liaison between sales department and distribution partners
  • Work with VIP platform assisting National Sales Manager in producing reports in Excel as requested/needed
  • Provide analysis and input on sales volume and provide order recommendations and monthly forecasts
  • Prepare monthly depletion reports and various state sales reports
  • Update ale locator on weekly basis
  • Closely monitor customer inventory levels and make recommendations to maximize efficiency in terms of order fulfilment costs

Logistics Lead

  • Enter domestic and international customer orders accurately and completely
  • Submit orders to brewery and work closely with their production planner to schedule and fulfill orders
  • Work closely with trucking companies and warehouses to coordinate order fulfillment with timely shipment and tracking
  • Work with keg supplier to ensure continuous supply of kegs
  • Resolve and communicate order issues efficiently and effectively

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 2+ years experience in an operations and logistics position with a CPG company including order entry and fulfillment, consumer relations, and logistics
  • Excellent computer, especially MS Office required, and analytical skills, with ability to think critically
  • Obsessively attentive to detail
  • Very comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to handle a multitude of moving parts with competing deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization
