This senior position will be responsible for overseeing multiple production activities including Planning, Logistics, Managing Co Packer, Quality Control, Sourcing, Inventory Control and R&D. The Operations Manager must enjoy problem solving and be proactive in driving the growth of the business. This position will be located at our offices in LA.


Currently reside in LA County

Have +2 yrs experience in Natural Foods/ Beverages, preferable

Passionate about Healthy Living and keen to share the benefits of products

Job Description:

Manage all phases of production; Co-packing, Sourcing, Warehousing, and Logistics.

Work with the Co-Founders to build a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and safety whilst keeping lines of communication open.

Responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels; manage all inventories including raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.

Utilizes historical sales trends to forecast accurate inventory targets and allocation plans that keep the distributor inventory fresh and in balance

Generate the production schedule and forecast timely manufacturing cycle times.

Purchase raw materials for production in line with demand for finish goods sales and safety stock targets

Continuously work on analysing and reducing cost whilst ensuring that correct raw material is sourced.

Ensure that operations run efficiently by communicating clear objectives and creating systems.

Work cross functionally with Sales to ensure demand planning and production loads are well balanced.

Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.

Establish policies that promote company culture and the TruVibe vision/mission. Work with the Sales/Logistics and Accounts team to develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures
Manage stock, operating expenditures and capital expenditures.

Collaborate with the Co-Founders in maintaining a strong relationship with our distributors and retailers, ensuring that they are on boarded properly, and that our existing partners receive timely supply and strong support.

Available for weekly conference calls/meetings and help guide company-wide direction.

Oversee all Operations technology systems and future implementations.

Represent the firm with clients, investors, and business partners

Ability to scale operations either through existing relationships or by doing the necessary due diligence to uncover other opportunities.


Strong Financial acumen and proven production manager.

Excellent computer, verbal and written communications skills.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects.
