Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Manager is responsible for working with the Ruby’s Naturals team to plan, execute and evaluate marketing initiatives and product development programs for the Ruby Rockets and Brewla brands. The Marketing Manager will execute programs to support the company’s entire brand portfolio and drive sales within our key channels of business. This is a full-time role.

Role

  • Manage digital marketing strategy across all platforms: web, app, social media (paid & unpaid)
  • Expand Ruby Rocket’s and Brewla’s social media presence to build each brand, empower their consumer evangelists, optimize and differentiate each brand’s digital presence to drive success in the market and build brand loyalty
  • Oversee content/calendar for all social media accounts
  • Manage social media communities and moderate comments
  • Discover and cultivate social opportunities - Such as collaborations with partner brands and influencers
  • Track, analyze and report social media and site metrics to gauge performance of content and promotions, making suggestions/decisions based on data
  • Manage, and market to, our customer database through email and blog
  • Help shape content and design the brand websites and update them over time
  • Responsible to take the initiative in understanding the competitive market for each brand, including key competitors, consumer awareness and perception for each brand and media reaction and expert opinions on products
  • Participate in brand initiatives at industry trade events
  • Coordinate marketing activities (PR, Design & Collateral) with outsourced marketing support firms
  • Maintain an annual calendar of marketing events

Requirements

  • 4-year Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years Marketing/Brand Management in CPG/Food
  • Working knowledge of the food and natural/organic industry
  • Experience in established and emerging digital, consumer marketing, brand building strategies, tactics and tools
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills
  • Understanding of business planning and the ability to build bottom-up plans
  • Ability to work exceptionally well in a team environment as well as to work independently
  • Experience working in a high growth environment and ability to multi-task preferred
  • Must be willing to travel as required
  • Business related computer skills including knowledge with Power Point, Excel, Word, Project Management software, design software
