Compensation: $50,000-$65,000 plus up to 10% commission, OTE $100,000-$150,000

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Highly entrepreneurial and “scrappy” – able to manage your own sales budget
  • Results-driven and execution-oriented
  • 3-6 years of sales experience in the natural food/beverage channel with ample pre-existing relationships with buyers and strong familiarity with category review schedules

Job Description:

  • Growing topline sales by at least 80% through focus on natural retail channel, and also with option for food service and wholesale
  • Designing and managing internal sales reporting
  • Develop comprehensive sales story backed with sell-through data and demonstrated financial value to retailers/customers
  • Presenting new products to (and submitting paperwork for) key natural/conventional retail accounts during category reviews or off-cycle
  • Key account promotional planning and execution – demos, distributor promotions, event-planning
  • Hire and train brand ambassadors for product demos
  • Interviewing and managing network of regional brokers
  • Provide analysis and strategic recommendations for pricing, promotional, and product changes to respond to market conditions
  • Represent at trade shows and expos
