People Development Responsibilities:

  • Work with Activation Managers (AM)s to oversee the recruitment process and obtain quality personnel to work on our client’s business
  • Identify Managers who need additional development and work with those individuals to improve skills and program results
  • Facilitate a speedy turnaround when staffing any open markets
  • Ensure the on-going development of management as it relates to hiring promotional specialists, and executing experiential programs
  • Work with Managers to make sure that account lists are accurate, up to date and can truly impact the targeted consumers
  • Provide consistent and timely training for experiential events to designated field personnel

Client Relationship Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with key client and distributor personnel in assigned market areas to ensure execution goals are achieved
  • Work with key market area personnel to effectively resolve any issues in a timely manner
  •  Ensure the consistent implementation of all retail and experiential events across assigned territory
  •  Provide feedback to client on retail, experiential and local programming to improve development of future programs
  •  Drive execution against all special event requests from the client to include planning, staffing, execution and measuring results

 Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Work with AMs monthly to ensure that all promotion calendar budgets are used efficiently and are in alignment with client direction
  • Present weekly and monthly recaps of program results to the client
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions with Managers to gain key insight and feedback on both experiential and local market programming
  • Assist with program trainings as well as with the development of training materials
  • Ensure all client requests are completed in a timely and accurate manner

Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required from accredited institution
  • Experience in promotional marketing or event execution
  • 5+ years’ experience in the beverage industry
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • 5+ years sales experience
  • Must be willing to travel to assigned market areas at least once a month
  • Typical work week varies from week to week and includes consistent nights and weekends

Upon first day of work employee must be residing in their assigned market area, or, within a reasonable distance from their territory.  Reasonable distance is to be determined on a case by case basis and is subject to TEAM Enterprises discretion based on business needs.
