Job Description: 

Responsible for being the liaison between the customer and Momar.  This is a hands-on role ensures timely support of our customers and Momar operations.  Serves customers and Momar by:

  • Processing orders, confirming key data with customers and vendors (cost, quantities and delivery times);

  • Tracking orders and updating appropriately;

  • Providing product and service information;

  • Resolving product and service problems;

  • Following up with customers about ongoing and new business;

  • Preparing reports.

Formal qualifications: 

  • 5+ years customer service experience in a manufacturing environment or Bachelor’s degree

  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office programs, and ability to learn other software applications

  • Flexible packaging knowledge a plus
