ChemStation Boston is looking for a full time Outside Sales Representative. This self-motivated person would be responsible for selling new business accounts within the ChemStation Boston territory including areas in Eastern Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.
ChemStation Sales Representatives are compensated with a BASE SALARY PLUS COMMISSION. This individual must have prior success calling on medium to large accounts in a highly competitive market, relying on a range of technical skills. You must be willing to prospect. You should have good phone skills, exceptional listening abilities and above average problem solving skills. Training will be provided. Health benefits, 401k contribution, and monthly car and phone expense reimbursements are offered. The position offers unlimited income potential due to residual business with a growth-oriented company. Sales Representatives at ChemStation have un-capped commission potential in an entrepreneurial and sales driven environment. - Bachelor's degree required.
- Must present and communicate in a professional manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be organized with good time management skills.
- Possess proven analytical/problem solving solutions for the customer and the company.
- Previous cold calling experience.
- Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies.
- Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet and exceed goals.
