DuClaw Brewing Company, a rising force in the craft beer industry, is in search of a full time Regional Sales Manager focused on growing our market share and maintaining key accounts.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Expanding DuClaw Brewing Company market leadership in the Craft beer

Maintaining a thorough knowledge of DuClaw Brewing Company, its history and its products

Maintaining a thorough understanding of the competition in the market

Developing and maintaining relationships with the distributorships in their market.

Assist in development of annual territory sales plan for achieving budgeted sales figures

Build and maintain relationships with sales reps 

Perform regular ride-alongs with distributor and company sales staff

Have a working knowledge of VIP

Related work experience:

4 years relevant experience in craft beer, wine or spirits sales.

Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Knowledge of state & federal alcohol laws & regulations.

Passion for & deep knowledge of craft beer.

This role requires flexible hours due to participation in promotional events.  Nights and weekends will be required.

Travel to and participation in trade shows and beer related events as required.

Travel up to 50% of time.

Drivers license with a clean motor vehicle record

Highly motivated, self-starting, and able to work without supervision.
