B2B Content Marketing Creator

LHBCo has initiated relationships with more than a dozen distributor-partners, and thousands of retailers (restaurants, bars, beer stores, etc.). Now we are recruiting a B2B Content Marketing Creator to take those relationships to the next level. The person filling this role will join a growing marketing team and will report directly to the VP of Marketing.


This role will have a ton of creative autonomy, and the ability to influence the B2B content strategy of the organization, but should expect to deliver multiple high-quality pieces of content each week. This role specifically will be focused on our business partners (as opposed to our consumer audience), and thus will be creating pieces to support our sales force (internally at LHBCo as well as those of our distributor partners), and to inspire our retailer partners.


Responsibilities:

Ultimately, the B2B Content Marketing Creator is responsible for growing LHBCo sales. Some specific activities you will be responsible for include:

  • Developing a retailer email marketing machine, including gathering subscribers, generating content, and measuring impact on sales

  • Establishing LHBCo as a thought-leader on craft beer retailing strategies and tactics

  • Identifying and creating unique mediums for content to retailers - anything is on the table: social media, roundtable events, how-to-videos - anything.

  • Developing sales support collateral aligned with LHBCo’s consumer marketing campaigns

  • Defining audience personas and coordinated content strategies

  • Measuring and reporting content marketing effectiveness


Qualifications:
At a minimum, candidates for the Inside Retail Sales & Marketing Representative position must have the following qualifications:

  • BA / BS degree or equivalent

  • 2 or more years of content marketing experience

  • Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate via email

  • Strong graphic design skills

  • Strong listening, note taking, and presentation skills

  • Ability to identify customer needs, wants, pain points, etc.
