- Build the Brand
- “Own the number” mentality – Deliver the company’s KPIs for the region
- Represent the Company at local and regional trade shows & events to promote product sales
- Understand the importance of building trust and credibility with retailers, brokers & distributors
- Trade Execution & Managing Area Sales Managers
- Willing & able to build displays, set up & maintain racks, merchandise at store level – “No job too small”
- Hire, train and manage Area Sales Managers
- Development and accountability of account promotional plans and execution
- Monitor retail activities through field work time and review of analytic reporting
- Abide by company trade spend policies and efficiently work within budget
- Deep Relationship Builder with Retailers, Brokers and Distributors
- Develop relationships with key customers, distributors and brokers throughout the region
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve mutually beneficial agreements through skilled negotiation

Job Requirements:
- Industry Experience
- 3-4+ years of experience in the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry
- Beverage sales preferred
- Sales experience in various classes of trade including Grocery, Natural, Drug, Mass
- Experienced in key account management
- Experience managing people
- Proven sales track record
- 3-4+ years of experience in the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry
- Personality Profile
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-growth, start-up environment
- Self-motivated with a competitive spirit
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done; working long & flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekends

Working Conditions:
o Position will be based remotely. Position will require some travel (up to 60%).
