Liquid Alliance is a cooperative salesforce operating in New England on behalf of Prospect Ciderworks and Singlecut Beersmiths.  Prospect Ciderworks is a craft cider producer in Boston, MA using Belgian Brewer’s yeasts to make balanced craft cider with a mission to elevate cider for the American consumer. Singlecut Beersmiths proudly produces their beer in Queens, NY where they found the perfect home to allow hop driven beer and vinyl to shine side by side at maximum volume.

Sales Rep

We’re seeking hard working, self-starting product reps that have the ability to work autonomously to grow the Prospect and Singlecut brands in their region. This is a mobile position that requires attendance of sales meetings in Boston on a bi-weekly basis and occasional presence in Queens. You will be working alongside Prospect Ciderworks, Singlecut Beersmiths and Craft Collective Distribution.

  • Sell Prospect & Singlecut products to customers on and off premise by building strong rapport with decision makers
  • Collaborate with distribution sales staff to build new relationships and improve existing relationships across the territory
  • Maximize sellthrough and product quality by monitoring placements, merchandising, and freshness.
  • Grow brand awareness with events, tastings, festival participation, etc.
  • Educate consumers and retail/restaurant staff on product attributes

Responsibilities

  • Sell Prospect & Singlecut products to customers on and off premise by building strong rapport with decision makers
  • Collaborate with distribution sales staff to build new relationships and improve existing relationships across the territory
  • Maximize sellthrough and product quality by monitoring placements, merchandising, and freshness.
  • Grow brand awareness with events, tastings, festival participation, etc.
  • Educate consumers and retail/restaurant staff on product attributes
  • Identifying opportunities to maximize account potential on and off premise
  • Providing management with feedback as to product performance, decision maker feedback, and any relevant information as to our successes and failures in the territory.
  • Track, report and plan sales efforts in CRM software
  • Monitor sales efforts from contact through delivery via CRM and distributor interfacing.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Lives within reasonable distance of territory
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong knowledge of craft alcohol segments, especially craft beer and cider
  • Ability to travel

Compensation

Competitive base salary, monthly bonuses, monthly vehicle stipend, vacation time, health insurance packages, account spending budget.
