Location: This position is open to applicants nationwide but is located in Seattle, WA. If living outside the Seattle area, applicants must be willing to relocate for consideration.

Description:

We are currently looking for someone with 2 - 5 years experience in digital marketing and paid influencer media to assist in developing and executing initiatives for both social media and e-commerce. This position entails managing the day-to- day operations to support brand building and our e-commerce build out. The individual will work closely with the marketing team to build relevant campaign strategies that align with the brand’s consumer target and business objectives. Responsibilities: 
Work with the creative team to drive strategy, execute, and analyze paid and unpaid campaigns including:

Social Media: 
·       Brand partnerships
·       Influencer sourcing and partnership management 
·       Community management across all social platforms
·       Giveaways
·       Track daily budgets to ensure spending efficiencies and performance analysis
·       Provide updates to internal teams on active campaigns
·       Test new platforms and technologies that can be used to manage and grow social
        campaigns

 E-Commerce:

·       Email campaign creation, execution, and analysis
·       Affiliate program management
·       Optimize number and quality of reviews received on website 
·       Manage and maintain website content and images 

Other:

·       Copywriting 
·       Communicate with paid media team to coordinate and analyze initiatives
·       Occasional field marketing assistance
·       General admin

Core Requirements: 


·       Bachelor’s degree
·       2-5 years of experience in social/digital marketing and paid influencer media, ideally          in the CPG space
·       Expert understanding of Instagram and Facebook. Familiarity with Pinterest and                  Snapchap a plus
·       Experience with managing and analyzing social, influencer, and email campaigns
·       Graphic design skills and familiarity with Revfluence, Mail Chimp, Share-a- Sale, Dojo          Mojo (or similar) a plus
