Your Job:

We're looking for an entrepreneurial Account Executive who brings a mix of sales experience, personal drive & enthusiasm, work ethic and creativity. You will be responsible for sourcing natural food brands and signing them to contracts for our sales and merchandising service.

You will be responsible for evangelizing Dirty Hands, actively managing the entire sales cycle including prospecting, developing relationships with decision makers, negotiating contracts, closing business and driving market share.

Essential characteristics for success in the role are communication, people skills, process-orientation, organization and scrappiness/ grit. Natural food industry experience is preferred but not required. Whether or not the candidate has natural food experience he or she must master the complexities of the industry and our unique position in it.


Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage an inbound and outbound sales pipeline to bring each operating region to full capacity in total brands

  • Execute against quarterly revenue and profit margin goals by business unit

  • Collaborate with Financial and Operational Leads to systematically review brand portfolios in each region to increase the caliber of service and regional profitability

  • Present, promote and sell services using creativity and business sense to existing and prospective customers

  • Analyze market opportunity and customer need to innovate on potential service concepts to add value to our brands

  • Represent Dirty Hands at trade shows, industry events, and other customer-facing engagements

  • Build a strong industry network
