Here at Lucky Jack Organic Cold Brew, we are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial beverage sales manager to build the Lucky Jack brand with us and grow sales in the foodservice channel nationally.  You will build and manage relationships with regional and national accounts in order to position and sell Lucky Jack as the premium provider of ready-to-drink cold coffee and coffee concentrates in the United States market. 

Success will be measured on new accounts and sales growth.


  • Secure partnerships with the top regional and national QSR & Fast Casual chains
  • Work with top contract feeders in US to win high-visibility on-site catering accounts: Colleges & Universities, Hotels, Travel, B&I, and Corporate Campus HQs
  • Prospect for new business with near- and long-term sales strategies 
  • Report past, current and future prospecting numbers weekly to the Commercial team 
  • Visit accounts and have face-to-face interactions with key customers, developing sales pipeline based on channel expectations
  • Build and maintain relationship with local distributors via account planning and joint sales calls with the Director of Sales
  • Lead participation in key industry trade shows & networking groups
  • Support channel forecasting & near- and long-term goal setting
  • Manage all channel sales-related calendaring, budgeting, and expenses


  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in foodservice / venue sales, with strong understanding of both broadline distributor and DSD relationships
  • Ideal candidate will have existing relationships with large-scale organizations in the foodservice channel as well as experience with on-premise sales (ie. Sysco, US Foods, TPG, Shamrock, Reinhart, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of channel pricing structures and programming needs
  • Beverage industry experience in non-alcoholic segment a plus
  • Proven sales track record
  • Ambition, hustle, and know-how to effectively build relationships in support of an emerging brand
  • Love of our coffees and the passion to be an effective brand evangelist
  • Evening and weekend availability as needed for trade show and sales events
  • Valid Driver's License
