This is a sales position in the East Bay Area including San Francisco territory.  Territory Sales Managers work directly with Brand distributors and their sales professionals to achieve monthly/yearly sales objectives set in annual business planning meetings, including creating and maintaining target account lists for the Hermitage brand.  Frequent correspondence with your distributor staff and individual efforts aimed at adding new accounts or increasing sales in existing accounts is a must.  This is often coordinated with a calendar of all such efforts organized by the brewery or by the distributor for increasing placement of both existing and new release brands. 


Job Responsibilities: 

  • Manage all aspects of the relationship with Brand distributor. 
  • Drive sales for the Hermitage brand of products in off-premise 7 on-premise accounts within the territory, call on existing accounts regularly to maintain relationships and identify new high volume accounts. 
  • Work & oversee special events at accounts (tap takeovers , beer tasting events, etc). 


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience along with solid working knowledge of the beer and brewing industry. 
  • Must be located or willing to relocate to the territory (Bay Area). 
  • Must be 21 years of age or older. 
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record. 
  • Excellent oral & written presentation skills. 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tests with limited direction of supervision.  Time management & organization skills are crucial. 
  • Flexible work schedule (weekends & evenings). 
  • Be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business and/or related field. 
  • Have own transportation with ability to drive long distances. 


Compensation: 

  • Hermitage offers a competitive compensations & benefits package & growth for committed team members.  Compensations is solid base salary plus quaterly bonuses. 
  • Participation in company's health care benefit plan. 
  • $50/month cell phone reimbursement. 
  • Federal mileage reimbursement (currently $0.535/mile) base on written mileage log submitted monthly. 
  • Reimbursement for pre-approved expenses properly documented.
