The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of brand building initiatives across all digital and social platforms. This position will focus on growing the brand’s online presence, managing digital brand equity, and optimizing the online customer experience. This position must have the ability to work cross-functionally and manage owned and paid media to support the company’s goals and the sales team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage digital marketing, social media, and web development agencies and provide strategy and direction for all digital marketing programs, inclusive of social media and advocacy marketing, digital and social advertising and email marketing
  • Direct earned and paid media opportunities through influencer and advocacy marketing programs
  • Manage web development projects and ongoing maintenance for Made In Nature’s website and brand campaigns 
  • Manage social media agency in creating social content, community management, customer service, social media advertising, and promotions. Inclusive of managing consumer relations and escalating issues as needed 
  • Work with digital marketing agencies to grow e-commerce channel on brand’s website, Amazon, and other online retailers
  • Manage the digital marketing plan and budget and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company goals, product launches, and key retailers
  • Manage editorial calendar and content creation for the company’s website, blog, and consumer newsletter to ensure consistent branding and messaging across multiple platforms
  • Manage all online promotions and support in-store and digital shopper marketing initiatives 
  • Measure and report on performance and learnings of all social and digital initiatives and report results to executive team

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years digital marketing experience, agency and/or brand side
  • CPG experience required
  • A demonstrated passion for organic food and healthy lifestyle
  • Self-motivated and independent worker, but can also work collaboratively with teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills
  • Ability to contribute at both a strategic and tactical level
  • Creative with an eye for design
  • Experience with Magento, WordPress, Google Analytics, and digital and social advertising platforms, Amazon marketing, or similar
