The Area Sales Manager is an energetic, self-motivated and creative individual with strong leadership capabilities and a desire to drive Kona Deep brand building programs. The ASM’s initiative will enhance the sales volume and merchandising impact in a geographical area of responsibility while maintaining good working relationships with distributors, retailers and consumers.

Required Duties:

•Maintaining and increasing sales of your Kona Deep products

•Store Level Execution:  Validating of Shelf sets, Tags, Pricing, etc.

•Achieve monthly sales and distribution goals for assigned area

•Establishing, maintaining and expanding current customer base

•Servicing the needs of your existing customers

•Manage expectations of brand standards

•Build strong relationships with Store managers, District managers at major retail chains selling Kona Deep

•Selling in and ensuring proper placement of Kona Deep product in retail outlets

•Merchandising In Store, building displays

•Selling in incremental Display & POS

•Managing Mandatory Display Execution at retail level

•Set up retail sampling events to drive consumer awareness and gain incremental space

•Reset store shelving as needed

•Perform Demos, Trade Shows and Community Events

•Open New Accounts•Monitor Competitive Landscapes

•Channels: Grocery, On-Premise and Non-Traditional, Schools and non traditional outlets
